However SetWindowFocus() called on a child window prior to calling
Begin() on said child won;'t work yet.

cb3c1da77a GetColumnOffset() / SetColumnOffset() fixes. (cf #125) 
Actually ignore window padding, and don't subtract
window->DC.ColumnsStartX like older version did.
