Style: removed WindowFillAlphaDefault which was confusing and redundant, baked into WindowBg color. Renamed TooltipBg > PopupBG. ( #337 )
...
bg_alpha parameter of 5-parameters version of Begin() is an override,
however that function may become obsolete someday.
