Fixes pressing Enter in IME being caught by application right after
validating an IME input.

e269125c3a Windows: setup a default handler for ImeSetInputScreenPosFn so IME (Japanese/Chinese) inputs are positioned correctly. 
User need to set io.ImeWindowHandle
