Style: Exposed ImGuiStyleVar_WindowTitleAlign, ImGuiStyleVar_ScrollbarSize, ImGuiStyleVar_ScrollbarRounding, ImGuiStyleVar_GrabRounding + added an assert to reduce accidental breakage. (#1181)
