Popups: Changed 'int mouse_buttons' to ImGuiPopupFlags. Added ImGuiPopupFlags_NoOpenOverExistingPopup, ImGuiPopupFlags_NoOpenOverItems. Refactored signature of BeginPopupContextWindow().
