Offer the possibility to automatically subscribe to contracts on startup.

HAS TO BE VERY LIMITED. IBKR only allows ~20 or so of those connections.

interface for marking such contracts (i.e. a button in a submenu of a chart that toggles the collection-state)
A settings-window where one can manage the automatic subscriptions
Type of collection (as soon as #8 is done)
Availible should be at minimum:
- Bid/Ask
- Trades
- Aggregated Level 2 data
