Use configurable candlestick from the demo and apply to our plotting-efforts

display data as line graph
set up axis correctly to the data (User-Settings: last 24h)
make x-axis diplay the actual time instead of internal second-from-midnight-offset
attach different plotters for different data-types (volume, OLHC, SMA, ...) - see #10
save and load chart-specific settings on shutdown/restart
